Max Amini Los Angeles Concert reviews
These dudes still got it!
"From the very beginning, there was no doubt these guys were there to rock. The pure performance of Steven was incredible! Anyone that would be interested in this show is familiar with the songs, so I won't get into that. Their movement around stage and highlighting of each one of the guys' masterful skills were very well executed. Joe and Brad were pure perfection on guitar. There is no comparison for these two with the group of songs that were performed. As expected, he was the constant draw of the crowds' attention. If they're coming to your town, spend the money and go! I wish I'd have been able to check these guys 20 years ago so I could compare the two. Joey! Other than Max Amini, he was the most visible in both true performance and commanding the attention of the crowd. The stage was excellent! He performed the rest of the show as a bassist should, the invisible heartbeat of every song. Tom came to the front of the stage to show his skills on bass...just perfect!!! The beats were perfect and out front of every classic tune. His voice was his normal glorious imperfection. I was most surprised and impressed by Joey."
